Classes are designed to get you fit while learning bad ass new skills that not only test your strength, agility, mobility and awareness but that are also a lot of fun! Every class we learn a new kick/strike and a new acrobatic skill that we incorporate into a circuit or interval training. Then we finish off with some mobility work for a strong, lean and flexible body. Taught by professional stunt woman and acrobat, Michelle C, Smith, guiding you through new, creative and challenging progressions designed to increase body awareness, strength, courage and flexibility, you'll leave this class inspired and ready to take on the world!!
